Plastic Is The New Cardboard

In today’s changing society, not only are we trying to save money but trying to be green about everything in the process. Being green and saving go hand and hand. The whole idea is to recycle products and reuse them rather than purchase and throw away, leaving landfills everywhere overloaded with unnecessary trash.

Moving is stressful enough without having to worry what I am doing to the harm the earth in the process. Recopack is a new company in California that is renting out recycled plastic bins for moving. To make going green easier, they’ll deliver the plastic bins to your home, you pack and move them and they pick them up once you are done! There is no waste and nothing is contributed to the local landfill.

If you don’t live in California it’s ok. There are ways you can work with plastic bins when moving that will help you stay organized after the move. By starting now, whether you are moving or not, when the time comes your move will be a cinch!

By using plastic bins around your home to store items, you can easily keep those items in the plastic bins and load them up. No need to use a cardboard box. Once you get to your new home, you will not need to unpack those items from a box, because they are already where they are going to stay – in the plastic bin.

Eliminating wasteful use of cardboard boxes and switching to plastic bins is an easy way to help the environment – and get organized.
